The administrator position will oversee the monitoring and troubleshooting of the CIAM application in support of identity, profile, and consent processes. Ensure integration of identity access and management with other business cloud applications and middleware. Promote governance in accordance with infrastructure technology, architecture, and security compliance. Responsibilities Understanding of the broader Identity and Access Management space including User Lifecycle Management, Authentication, Multifactor Authentication, Authorization, Federation, Privileged Access management etc. Working knowledge of Identity and Access Management protocols and technologies: OAuth, OpenID Connect, SAML, Federation, SSO. Experience with Two Factor and Multi-factor authentication capabilities including token-based authentication Guide application administrators on best practices and standardization when tying applications into the enterprise platform (on premise and cloud). Provide operational training and runbooks for CIAM services Analyze business needs and propose suitable solutions for Single Sign-On and Identity Management Facilitate issue resolution, enhancements/defect fix implementation, effort estimation. Experience required in Web Single Sign-on, Federated Identity, Role Based Access Control, User Access Certification. Experience with API Gateway and microservices architectures Experience with Java, Java Script, JSON, REST, Scripting, HTML Ability to debug failures of provisioning and event handler / orchestration event failures Strong understanding of identity protocols such as SAML, OAuth, and OpenID Connect. Experience with products such as PingFederate, PingAccess (Ping Identity). Maintain, patch, update or upgrade CIAM software in supporting operations. Provide recommendations in optimizing customers infrastructure or processes. Manage customer expectations and translate business requirements into a solution design Support Identity Analytics Support Audit Experience of implementation and operation in the following Identity and Access Management (IAM) vendor tools and software solutions with SAP CDC CIAM Collaborate with networking and security Working knowledge in general security principles (PKI, PKCS, OCSP). Must have experience in identity provisioning and federation technologies and standards, such as: SAML, LDAP, SSL, SPML or SCIM.
