Training and Experience: Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field of study: And Eleven (11) years of IT project management experience, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products. OR Bachelors Degree from an accredited college in an unrelated field, And Thirteen (13) years of IT project management experience, including experience with Microsoft Office Suite of products. Possession of a Masters Degree in Computer Science, Information Systems, Business Administration, Public Administration, or a related field of study can substitute for one (1) year of the required experience. Required Skills :SAP Special Requirements: • Familiarity with Criminal Justice Systems and Programs desired. • Project Management Professional (PMP) certification or equivalent required • Demonstrated ability to perform the following specific functions required: • Perform structured project reviews and audits • Financial oversight of projects and programs, preferably using SAP • Ability to develop and drive a team of professionals, including running program meetings and coaching and mentoring project management practitioners • Resource and capacity demand management, inclusive of scheduling and resource allocation, preferably using Planview • Stakeholder management, inclusive of senior executives, including communications ownership and oversight • Management of a portfolio of projects, including coordination of project and resource managers and the prioritization of efforts Knowledge of: 1. Program planning; 2. Work breakdown structures; 3. Analysis methods to estimate project cost, resources, time and deliverables; 4. Conflict resolution; 5. Factors that may potentially cause cost changes; 6. Risk mitigation planning, processes and systems; 7. Project change management process; 8. Accepted standards and tools for estimating, tracking and controlling projects; 9. Critical path scheduling which shows the sequence of events compatible with work breakdown structure; 10. Actual cost versus budget cost; 11. Resources procured outside the organization; 12. Project spend, delivery, service levels and contractual compliance; 13. Risks and mitigation strategies; 14. Earned value analysis; 15. Project standards and procedures. Ability to: • Interact with a variety of levels of personnel both within and outside the organization; • Draft the critical path schedule which shows the sequence of events compatible with work breakdown structure; • Document a detailed cost baseline from cost estimates; • Perform project planning; • Track and document project spend, delivery, service levels and contractual compliance; • Maintain project schedules; • Prepare and maintain necessary project documentation; • Work well on a project team; • Communicate effectively both orally and in writing; • Manage all phases of the project life cycle and project plan; • Research and gather information necessary for project planning; • Negotiate conflicts an   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
