This role will support the Data & Analytics Organization - delivering data to the enterprise and making it meaningful! The ideal candidate will be experienced creating visualizations the tell a data story and be enthusiastic about bringing that data to the business, enabling them to make better decisions more quickly. This person will need to be curious, creative, and technical, as well as someone who enjoys working in a fast-paced environment and with end users to stand up resources from scratch. In this position you will document requirements, develop reports and dashboards to drive our clients global strategy. Prototype solutions using SAP Analytics Cloud (SAC): Understand business requirements by interacting with Data Analysts and End-Users in various business divisions Translate requirement into functional and technical specifications for dashboard objects Create wireframes to show capabilities to the end users Design and deliver the required configurations per the wireframe and approved requirements Build unit test plans and unit test objects Support execution of Product Testing and perform break/fix activities Provide status reporting on assigned development objects Assist in transition to the steady-state support team Designs dashboards and reports that are intuitive and easy-to-understand while following SOPs Facilitate discovery sessions and demonstrates an understanding of business processes Education Requirements: Bachelors Degree in Business, Information Technology or Computer Science or 5 – 7 years of equivalent experience Required Experience: 2 years minimum working with SQL 3 years working with Business Objects, SAP Analytics Cloud or other leading report development tool Highly Preferred: SAP Certification -SAP Analytics Cloud Working knowledge of Denodo and/or APOS Understanding of Qlik Compose Requirements: Demonstrated experience developing SAC stories in canvas, responsive, grid, advanced story designing blending data, formulas, cross calculations, input controls, linked analysis Build Analytic and planning models, visualizations with their usage charts, tables, maps, filters, dropdown menus, hiding functions, interactive objects, pictures Knowledge of data modeling and preparing datasets, merging, custom calculations, formatting values, dimensions and measures Excellent verbal and written communication skills, including the ability to effectively communicate with internal business partners Interact and deal effectively with project teams while maintaining a professional manner Demonstrable ability to work on your own as well as within teams Complete projects tasks in alignment to project schedule and manage times to prevent projected collisions Maintain a positive work environment through collaboration & conflict resolution Ability to evaluate and balance priorities while adapting to new/evolving individual and team assignments as adjustments are needed Proven competency working with team members globally whether face-to-face, web conference, telephone or email Able to work in a fast-paced, changing environment, and with all levels of the organization and cope with constantly evolving information Knowledge of how current trends and process solutions can address identified business needs and capabilities   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
