Tracks and communicates potential business process changes to team responsible for business process design Understand and manages key stakeholders expectations Communicate project status, key issues and results on a regular basis Help define project resource needs Coordinate project teams and manage critical path / key dependencies / issues Help identify project risks and develop and pursue risk management strategies Proactively identify and resolve project issues effectively Ability to guide the development of pragmatic communication and training strategies, plans and material, as well as execute against the resulting plans Help assess team and vendor performance to goals and provide appropriate feedback to management and project team Help manage program budget Works closely with the overall Program Manager and multiple vendors, including management and technical staff Ensure the program complies with all company policies and standards SKILLS/EXPERIENCE REQUIRED: Excellent project management skills Experience with tax platforms such as Vertex and/or Sabrix and integration with SAP preferably with large global enterprise Good understanding of vendor management governance and processes Good leadership skills Good oral and written communication skills Good organization, presentation, and team building / motivation skills Resourceful and creative in approach to problem solving Flexible work hours / overtime will be required Potential for some international travel as deemed necessary   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
