Responsibilities and Skills Creates and maintain test plans for targeted module Manages test plan scheduling and risk mitigation Performs knowledge transfer throughout the engagement effort, collaborating with FCE team Assesses level of manual script maturity for feature coverage, establishing manual script optimization requirements for automation, and determining required data for targeted test plan and test scripts Creates test scripts within the defined scope of test coverage, which includes the debugging and optimization of scripts for both manual and automation tests; test scripts are to be for local and end to end focused scenarios Performs automation script reviews Reports scripting and framework errors Reports FCE product errors identified during automation Supports the creation of automation test practices for smoke, sanity, delta, and full automation runs Functions as a communication channel when needed between customer site and test team of assigned modules, reporting on weekly status in the automation of assigned module Addresses concerns between onsite and offsite resources, answering questions from automation testers, providing updates on issues prevent script automation, works with automation architect to promote framework knowledge training and planning Manages the day-to-day tasks of the team Required Skills: At least 6+ years experience in Software Quality Assurance or Software Development Test Analysis At least 4+ years of QA/Test lead experience within a complex testing environment, which includes: test environment assessments, risk management, detailed test plan creation; and collaboration with business analysts, prospective product users, infrastructure teams and developers, and project key decision makers At least 6 + years of hands on test experience executing both manual and automated tests to identify errors in the targeted product, and verify business requirements At least 4+ years QA/Test lead experience maintaining the day to day operations of a testing team At least 4+ years QA/Test experience with SAP & HP QTP Expert Knowledge of HP tools such as HP Tool Suite, HP ALM, HP BPT module, Quick Test Professional and add-ons (such as SAP TAO and others) Experience in using BPT components Extensive experience in the design, creation and implantation of test plans, test scripts and test scenarios - both manual and automated Experience in test process analysis and refinement Knowledge of quality assurance principles, practices, methodologies, tool usage, software testing techniques (software estimation techniques, risk assessment and management, configuration management and change control, software tracking constructs) Efficiency in the use of Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Access, Project, Visio) Knowledge of Internet protocols and technologies (Http, TCP/IP, DNS, FTP, etc.) Knowledge of XML-based technologies, and encryption programming (SSL, etc.) Knowledge of Internet and enterprise software technologies including web and application servers Knowledge of object oriented programming, build technologies, n-tier architecture   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
