Job Description: We are seeking a skilled techno-functional Procure to Pay (P2P) architect consultant with experience in SAP Ariba Cloud Solutions. You will support and assist with defining, configuring, and maintaining P2P business capabilities in Ariba Buyer solutions on a global scale. You will work with other IT analysts, business users, vendors & partners to help the technical and functional teams with requirement gathering, design, configuration, testing and administration of P2P SAP Ariba solutions. BACKGROUND DESIRED: Experience in the following SAP Ariba solutions is required: Commerce Automation (Ariba Network), Buying and Invoicing, CIG and integration to ECC. Experience with installation of CIG Add On and Cloud Connector is preferred. Experience with SAP MM (Materials Management), IM/WM/MRO, and FI-AP is preferred but not required. ESSENTIAL JOB DUTIES/RESPONSIBILITIES: (functions considered essential as defined by ADA) Participates in teams that lead IT SAP Ariba integration projects Provides support for various SAP Ariba solutions including configuration and enhancement requests from project team Assists with Buying and Invoicing and Commerce Automation integrations to ECC ERP via CIG Assists with requirement gathering for any extensions needed in CIG Assists with configuration updates of Cloud Connector and test connectivity to CIG Assists with configuring and testing parameters and filters for master and transactional data integrations Coordinates with Ariba operations team to configure XSLT extensions Documents all XLST extensions and all other configuration done in the CIG portal Assists with applying legacy SAP and/or other customizations (Add-On & CIG) Supports with integration testing, execution and remediation activities by addressing questions and helping identify potential issue resolutions Assists with coordination and management of user acceptance testing Supports and assist with resolution of issues Supports and oversee Ariba integration points and other SAP ERP modules Captures and document Ariba configuration related tasks and problem resolutions Provides clear, concise weekly status reports for assigned teams issues and projects Plays a technical role on special projects, as assigned Special assignments or tasks assigned to the employee by their manager, as determined from time to time are the supervisors sole and complete discretion. A minimum of 5 years of Ariba solutions direct job-related experience is required. A minimum of 3 years experience with ERP systems, including SAP or others required. PREFERRED EXPERIENCE: SAP IS-OIL and Oil and Gas industry experience is preferred (Midstream/Pipeline & Downstream/Refining areas). SAP release workflow experience with HR integration is highly preferred.
