This position is focused on analyzing customer satisfaction and service for CVS Pharmacy. This role will focus on increasing the understanding of consumer feedback and service performance for front store and pharmacy consumers. Key responsibilities will include data modeling to analyze consumer feedback to measure the business impact of customer service. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytics background with experience developing and implementing test designs, measuring the business impact of various retail programs, mining large data sets and using statistics analysis to identify patterns within data. Demonstrated self-direction and applied critical and creative thinking to business challenges is expected. KEY RESPONSIBILITIES: * Build predictive models in statistical programming tools (SAS, R) using advanced data science concepts (e.g., Marketing mix, predictive modeling, multivariate regression analysis, time series modeling) * Develop and execute approaches to analyze information relating to retail customer behavior, including segmentation, migration, and valuation * Recommend analytic solutions that enable a more complete understanding of behavior within or across defined segments, markets and other logical groupings * Develop SQL code to query and link large relational data sets (billions of transaction records) in Teradata platform REQUIRED QUALIFICATIONS * 4-7+ years of experience generating business insights through data and analysis with Bachelors degree; or 2+ years of experience with Masters degree or equivalent in an analytic discipline; or a PhD in an analytic discipline * Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills * Strong oral and written communication skills * Demonstrated intellectual curiosity and ability to learn quickly * High levels of self-motivation and attention to detail * Expertise with SAS, R, and Python or scripting language is required * Expertise in SQL and related experience working in an enterprise data environment * Solid background and experience in Excel and Power Point is required * Position is based on-site in 1026 Park East Drive, once COVID restrictions allow.
