Within this role, the candidate will collaborate with clinical and business individuals to evaluate healthcare data within Inovalons risk adjustment and care coordination product lines. The information gathered and analyzed by this team provides the foundation for answering complex client and executive inquiries on product results and performance while supporting the continued advancement of Inovalons service capabilities. This role requires a hands-on entrepreneurial approach and someone that is able to delve deep into operational and financial data to define and measure meaningful metrics that lead to insightful business decision-making. Responsibilities: Design and/or develop specific databases for collection, tracking, and reporting of data; Design, code, test and debug custom queries using Microsoft T-SQL and SQL Reporting Services; Design, code, test and debug business logic for software applications using T-SQL per defined technical specifications; Develop quality code that meets project & departmental standards; Determine key performance indicator metrics; Produces forecasting models to support senior management in decision making; Collaborates with business owners on data analysis and modeling projects; and Presents results of analysis, data models, and other projects to senior management, when requested, in a concise and professional manner. Qualifications: Bachelors degree in a technical or business related field or equivalent experience required; MS in computer or IT related fields or MBA preferred; 4 years of experience in data analysis preferred; Strong understanding in researching data issues; Proven ability to communicate and present at the executive level; Business analytical skills (process flows, procedures, spreadsheets, modeling, etc.); Must possess a high sense of accountability; Strong knowledge of MS Project, Excel, Visio, Word, PowerPoint and SharePoint; Knowledge and experience in T-SQL, SQL Server 2008 and various reporting platforms; Experience SQL Server Reporting Services preferred; and Healthcare reporting/decision support experience preferred.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
