Description:

Client has immediate need for two (2) SAS Administrators for a 6 to 9 month plus contract in Atlanta, GA.
C/C, W-2 and IC are welcome.

Must have experience with basic administration and system analysis of SAS
Adding or removing users
Installation of SAS software and patches in a Unix environment
Monitoring SAS server and resources and ability to make adjustments to jobs when needed. To give you the background, marketing is asking more and more of our SAS systems and the long term vision is to move all of the campaign management to those platforms. This means we have highly complex campaigns running constantly, which have often been designed by users who are someone SAS novice in the business. So we need someone who can help troubleshoot those, as well as handle the constant barrage of upgrades, new module installations, user adds, etc that are happening.
So bottom line we are not looking for a report writer. We need someone who has been a bit deeper into the system than that, if not an admin, at least someone who has some experience with tuning, patching, etc. with SAS.
