Thorough domain knowledge on IDM specific areas – User Life Cycle Management (JML processes), Provisioning/De-provisioning, Reconciliation, Complex Approval Workflows, Certification, Analytics/Reporting, Auditing, etc. Experience in integrating Saviynt Security Manager with target applications like - Microsoft Active Directory, Exchange, O365, Workday, Oracle ERP, CRM, OID, databases, Unix, etc Extensive knowledge of Java, Web Services (REST/ SOAP), SQL queries, LDAP directories, etc. Understand requirements in detail by coordinating with customers application teams as required. Prepare the required design documents. Implement and configure solution in SSM. Provide technical oversight and direction to the offshore team. she/he would need to be available early/late U.S hours and might need to work on holidays/weekends when the need arises (not all the time though) General skills Must have SAVIYNT 5 year(s) of experience OIM 4 year(s) of experience IDM 6 year(s) of experience Languages Must have English Native or bilingual proficiency Experience required 8 to 12 Years of relevant development experience Additional job information Excellent Communication Skills.
