Duties in this role will include, but not limited to: -Design and implement top quality technology solutions for internal customers, focusing on both quality design and operation, and participate in the testing and evaluation of new technologies to ensure compatibility and functionality. -Writing advanced scripts for database queries, software deployments, and to provide insight into large data sets. -Work with the Desktop Technology Manager to build and execute the vision and strategy for the endpoint environment, including emerging technology, new technical solutions, software and hardware roadmaps, etc. -Contribute to major technical projects, and lead or contribute to small-medium technical projects, as assigned. -Design, create, and maintain stable and efficient endpoint images/builds. -Create and maintain software deployment packages. -Design and create reports within management systems (SCCM, ePO, etc) for strategic decision making (licensing, patch/vulnerability, asset intelligence, fleet health, etc.) -Assist in driving efficient team operation by evaluating and recommending operational/support tools. -Develop yourself by staying current on industry trends and new technologies. Look for opportunities to present future initiatives. -Drive continuous improvement of systems and processes, as well as generate innovative approaches and solutions to recurring tasks or trending issues. Required Skills: 7+ years Windows administration experience supporting Enterprise enpoints of large environment (160K Servers & Workstations; 10000+ endpoints), including hardening, image builds, and provisioning. Experience with Microsoft DBA and SQL. Strong in SCCM (preferably 2012) and MDT Competence in PowerShell Previous experience editing MSI files and repackaging software Previous experience managing/administrating/working with an enterprise security solution, Previous experience in hardening and endpoint security Preferred Skills: Previous US Federal government experience, such as FBI or DOD.
