Required Skills: * Provide technical assistance for user questions/issues on Windows7,10and Microsoft Office * Assist in configuring Apple mobile devices such as iPhones and iPads. * Advance knowledge of Symantec Management Solution Suite and/or Software Center Configuration Manger (SCCM). * Experience packaging, scripting, and deploying software via automated methods. * Experience with Microsoft Active Directory Administration. * Understanding of organizational units for implementation of group policies. * Resolve computer problems * Install and perform minor repairs to computers and peripheral equipment * Setup IT equipment for employee use * Maintain records of daily hardware installations * Perform DOR destruction of hard drives of retired equipment and prepare for surplus * Update/create documentation and processes * If remote access cannot fix problem,contractor may need to service multiple locations in the surrounding Denver metropolitan area. * Contractor will be based at DRIVES building, 143 Union Blvd. Suite 350 Lakewood, CO 80228 but will need to be trained out of 1881 Pierce St location in Lakewood. * Other duties as assigned per client Desktop Support Manager. * Moderate Development experience specifically in MS Visual Studio.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
