Ability to perform troubleshooting and debugging and support local and network printers. Extensive application support experience and knowledge of Microsoft Office products to include Outlook, Power Point, Excel, Word as well as Adobe Standard/Pro. Experience and ability to support end users remotely through Windows Remote Assistance and over phone. The candidate should be able to capture and control Conventional Devices for the purpose of remote diagnosis, troubleshooting, and Resolution of Incidents. Experience and willing to work on hands and feet support. Ability to perform desk side Support as part of onsite troubleshooting and Resolution activities to Restore Devices to Normal Operations with the service level agreement. Experience in configuring Mobile Devices such as setting up mailbox and email sync. Troubleshooting issues pertaining to mobile devices and phones not working. Exhaustive hands on experience in dealing with VPN and Citrix issues for end users, ability to diagnose root cause of an incident and work through resolution. Prior experience in image building and image deployment through SCCM on new laptops and desktops. Knowledge of SCCM is an added advantage. Ability to categorize and prioritize incidents and requests based on criticality, risk and impact.
