Description: The Manager oversees, implements, and enforces change management practices impacting the clients technology. This role is critical to ensuring smooth employee adoption and usage of the companys internal processes, including changes to business processes, internal systems, and product and solution technologies. The primary responsibility includes overseeing and implementing change management activities to improve the overall efficiency and effectiveness of staff, while ensuring quality and timely output from our technology and delivery teams. Communicate and enforce configuration management best practices for all software releases. Ensure projects deliver meeting quality requirements. Ensure product capabilities are integrated with minimal disruption to client solutions in development and in production. Monitor and report on Client and Product release progress against plans. Identify and manage risks / resolve escalated release issues Supervise, manage and motivate Release Management staff. Ensure good communication across departments, including the client, functional, development, client QA, release, and migration teams Works with the Senior Management team to coordinate our continuing drive and focus on quality improvement Basic qualifications for consideration: High School/GED Diploma Experience with standard SDLC software development concepts, practices, and procedures with regard to code management, quality gates, and documentation. Experience in project management tools, e.g. JIRA 5-10+ years release management experience Strong interpersonal skills, written and verbal communication Must be flexible to work after hours for releases Exceptional organizational skills Must thrive at working in a fast paced environment with the ability to remain calm under pressure Detail oriented, flexible with the ability to meet tight deadlines.
