As an Engineer within this team the following job functions will be performed: Completes end to end call flow analysis and documentation on all incoming requests to ensure trace-ability of MIS impacts to CTI platforms to include Call Routing and/or Softphone/End-points. The Engineer will complete end to end reporting solution analysis, gather business requirements, and develop portable reporting solutions. Once the solution is developed, you will work with the QA team to close any defects. Project responsibilities include participation in SCRUMS, risk identification and notification and clear team communications. During implementations (usually at night) you will be responsible for validation and support of the implementation.
