Selected candidates will sit onsite in Oaks, PA and will be working primarily with .NET teams. Two onsite interviews will be required. Scrum Master Overview: Support one or more delivery teams within a fast-paced product development driven environment. Help software development teams achieve their goals as high performing teams, creating a culture of self-organization, continued improvement, and consistent delivery of a product. Ensures clear communication and organization of the team and coaches development team members in all aspects of the standard Agile/Scrum process. Proven leadership skills, the ability to think critically and problem-solve, and a track-record of ensuring project milestones and deadlines are met. Development and/or BA background that can help troubleshoot issues and roadblocks Essential Functions/Responsibilities: Manage sprint and release planning. Organize and lead Scrum ceremonies (Standups, Grooming, Planning, Review and Retrospective). Through coaching and facilitation, ensure the team follows Agile processes. Identify and track cross team dependencies to ensure they are well understood and meet project objectives. Remove blockers and impediments for the team. Maintain relevant metrics that help the team see how they are doing. Participate in roadmap planning. Assist the Product Owner with keeping the backlog groomed. Keep stakeholders well-informed on team progress and activities. Build strong relationships with stakeholders, application users, and Product Owners. Take responsibility for successful product delivery. Specific Job Skills and Experience: Demonstrated ability to coach/mentor team members in Agile methodologies. Minimum 5 years of experience implementing Agile methodologies. Minimum 5 years of technical experience as a developer or business analyst. Minimum 3 years of experience as project manager or Scrum Master. Experience with the full software development life cycle, including design, development, testing, deployment, and documentation activities. Proficient in both project and product delivery methods. Proficient in Jira/Confluence or similar tools. Seasoned Financial Services professional with experience in investment manager platforms is preferred. Strong SQL knowledge is preferred. Scrum Master or other Agile certification is a plus. Ability to work in a fast-paced environment with rapidly changing priorities. Ability to learn quickly and apply knowledge to solutions.
