Expert ability to work independently and manage ones time. Expert ability to analyze business trends and project future revenues and expenses. Expert knowledge of economic and accounting principles, the financial markets, and reporting of financial data. Expert knowledge of federal, state, and company policies, procedures and regulations as related to accounting. Education/Experience: Bachelors degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred. Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint, and any other related financial software. 3-5 years experience Top 3 must-have skills/requirements – Financial Management. Electronics or Mobile Industry or Telecom experience required. Process/Audit experience a plus. We are looking for a candidate w/ a “can-win” attitude that can handle adversity and work through challenges. They must have attention to detail and must be able to drive P&L. Education: Bachelors degree in accounting or related financial discipline required. An advanced degree in a financial discipline is preferred – HM is flexible on degree (experience comes first!)
