Job Duties Acts as liaison between the team and stakeholder/partner groups by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex challenges relating to software development tools, processes and change management to be solved through a strategic perspective that takes into account multiple viewpoints, including definition of a future state, people, process, technology, and organizational groups. The Program Manager will manage and implement the program vision and delivery across multiple Software Engineering , Product Owners, ensuring the program plans are effective delivered into valuable solutions, measurable benefits, and clear communications content to all stakeholders. Define an execution plan for technology enablers that delivers on the defined future vision, group objectives, and scope of each defined technology initiative. Define and Document transformational plans and specialized content of strategic operating models (Organization, Roles & Responsibilities, Processes, and Tools) designed by SMEs and technology partners. Maintain relationships with ley IT stakeholders internally and with partners, including vendors.Manage and deliver program and/or project milestones; building plans, controlling risks and mitigating project issues, facilitating meeting and working sessions, and influencing outcomes to maximize the benefits and cost reduction focused on technology innovation and transformation. Required Skills/Experience Minimum 7 years of project/program management experience with focus on software development, IT practices and tools using both SDLC and Agile methodologies Must have 4+ years extensive experience on UI framework Must have 4+ years Experience on HTML5/CSS3/JavaScripts/ReactJS to develop new internal web applications. Project/Program Manager with good hands-on experience as UI developer/Designer Should have a good knowledge on fundamental design principles behind scalable application. Understand different programming languages and ability to solve problems in coding, testing and deployment. Good knowledge of different software systems, client/server architectures and various compatibility requirements. Able to guide the team through the development, testing and implementation stages and review the completed work effectively. Provide direction and technical expertise in design, development and systems integration. Able to make quick decisions and solve technical problems to provide an efficient environment for project implementation. Knowledge of best practices and tools for supporting software engineering improvements and leveraging code quality such as TDD, BDD, static code analysis, build automation, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) and Cloud migration. Hands-on experience with various industry-leading project management and collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence. Willingness to do what it takes to get work done—creating documents, scheduling meetings, driving consensus, follow-through to close loops.
