Expertise in a variety of test methodologies and processes including White Box Testing, Black Box Testing, Functional Testing, Regression Testing, Performance/Load Testing, and Usability Testing. Must be able to build test cases and use cases from detailed system requirements. Must have good analytical, oral, and written communication skills to deliver individual and group user training classes and as well as required documentation. Experience with VB Scripting is highly desirable. Must be proficient in using MS Office tools, such as Excel, Word, Visio or other tools used for UML.
