This position will be focused primarily on multiple strategic technology initiatives and overall DevOps related functions for a portfolio of applications. Additionally, this role will act as a liaison between multiple technology partners and technology operations teams by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of complex technology & operations problems by leveraging holistic view from process, people and technology perspective. Qualifications: • 10+ years of experience in systems analysis, business system consultant, project lead/management, process improvement with initial 5+ years strong background/experience in core software design & development as a Sr. Developer/Software Engineer • 5+ years of full SDLC experience in planning & implementation of highly scalable & high performance transaction oriented Tier 1/2 integration systems or content management systems (preferably using technologies like IBM FileNet, Documentum etc.) • 3+ years of experience in leading small to large size technology projects of moderate complexity in role of a Sr. Systems Analyst/Project lead • Strong prior experience in overall technology & DevOps space, ability to look at the current as-is system implementations & operation processes, document them in a meaningful way for a range of audience and lead cross functional discussions to come up with to-be target state roadmaps, documentation & plans. • Create relevant SDLC DevOps & Support deliverables as part of standard project implementations (project plans, production support plans, deployment diagrams, release documents, roadmaps etc.) using tools like Visio, Confluence, MS Word, Powerpoint etc. • Strong experience in tools like Pac2K/Remedy (change management), Visio, JIRA, Confluence, SharePoint, Wiki, MS Project, PowerPoint etc. • Ability to document processes, create knowledgebase for current portfolio of applications and new applications being on boarded and organize the overall content in a user friendly, easily navigable way across SharePoint, JIRA, Confluence etc. • Demonstrated problem solver, creative thinking and ability to provide out-of-the-box ideas & implementation to evolve & mature the overall technology operations and processes. • Ability to multi-task, demonstrate detailed orientation and organizational skills with a track record of consistently meeting deliverables • Quick learner with the ability to take ownership, work independently & as a part of team. • Demonstrated ability to effectively communicate through oral and written communication skills across wide range of audience. Ability to effectively lead both in-person and remote cross functional project teams. • Allies with other IT functional areas to remain current on project status, and inform partners & management of progress; conversely, keeps IT managers aware of user issues and resolves conflicts. • Has deep understanding of the business (financial services), industry, information systems solutions, and various DevOps industry operating models. Critical Skill Matrix: Leadership – Ability to organize groups of technical teams to meet common objectives. Organization – Must be able to manage concurrent tasks and be agile to changing priorities. Communication – Strong written and oral communication skills.
