This Systems Analyst will formulate and define system scope and objectives through research and analysis combined with an understanding of applicable supply chain systems and requirements. This Systems Analysts will develop and design integrated solutions within a broad technical context. This position prepares and/or reviews functional and technical specifications and is involved in the development and support of new and existing processes. Development and revision of documentation is required and the incumbent may be required to act as a project lead on projects on an as needed basis. Team Members are responsible for: * Design and Analysis of retail applications and systems * Application Support & Application Performance * Documentation, testing & coding * Maintenance and Upgrades on existing and new applications in relation to the MMS. The Sr. Systems Analyst is expected to: * Work cross-functionally with internal customers at points through the SDLC to establish and enforce high quality design and code standards. * Provide support for problem resolution of existing applications and internal requests. * Understand business problems and communicate to the teams about technical designs and functionality. * Consult with Project Manager, Business Analyst and/or key users to identify system solutions to solve business issues. * Provide functional systems design, including final report and screen definitions, logical system flow and implementation plans. * Work with peer team members, including Programmer Analysts, Architects, Testers, DBAs, Business Analysts, and Technical Management to design, build, unit test, and support Oracle applications. * Provide general guidance/mentor to associate and intermediate level team members * Ensuring work meets functionality and quality expectations within given timelines. * Participate in on-call support rotation schedule Qualifications * Bachelors degree in Computer Science, IS, Engineering or related IT discipline. * Minimum of 4 years of relative and progressive experience in systems analysis, development and support of Oracle applications. * Must be proficient in PL/SQL, SQL Tuning, Oracle, Oracle Forms and Reports   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
