Directs, assigns, and manages the work of others for various matrixed, cross-division TxROCS projects. • Supports compilation, maintenance, and improvement of project management methods and deliverables using systemic methods, including knowledge of System Development Life Cycle (SDLC), business or systems analysis, change management, requirements definition, and/or Information Technology Infrastructure Library (ITIL). • Supports agency governance through alignment with industry best practices and applicable agency and HHS methods as defined. • Develops and directs information resources (IR) plans, requests, and reports required by other teams or government entities as required across business areas. Required Skills: * Experience with effectively managing matrixed, cross-division projects with a focus on delivering results in a high-paced environment * Experience with development and maintenance of project deliverables such as work plans, project schedules, deployment plans, scope logs, and communications plans, including risks and issues management * Experience with software development projects, governance, project management life cycle (PMLC), and the systems development life cycle (SDLC) * Ability to quickly and effectively identify problems and develop solution * Ability to effectively communicate technical concepts to professional and non-technical personnel * Demonstrated knowledge of Microsoft Project Desired Skills: * Knowledge of HP Application Lifecycle Management (Quality Center) * Knowledge of accessibility requirements including basic Section 508 testing * Knowledge of adaptive software including Jaws, ZoomText and Dragon Naturally Speaking   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
