NET Developer Responsibilities: Responsible for complete SDLC for project assignment i.e. Serve as technical expert on development project; participate in full development life cycle including requirements analysis and design. Write technical specifications based on conceptual design and stated business requirements. Use Microsoft .NET Framework and a supported C# programming language to develop the application. Work with Project Manager to ensure project plan is maintained and project milestones are being met. Work with PM, technical staff and end user to prototype, refine, test, and debug programs to meet needs of the application. Work with client externals partners, program area SMEs as needed. Take agency web applications architecture and business decisions into consideration for design. Work under general supervision with latitude for independent judgment. May consult with senior peers on project. Provide ongoing maintenance support of the applications as well as make upgrades and enhancements to existing agency web-based applications. Hands on experience with web servers configurations, IIS configurations. Hands on experience in web server administration is a plus. Demonstrated Large IT project implementation and governance experience specific to government systems. Experience in leadership roles defining policies and procedures in a complex organizational environment. Demonstrated Large IT project implementation and governance experience specific to government systems. High degree of technical capabilities and employing solid solutions within large applications. Experience with design, programming, testing, documentation, training, and implementing information systems. Proficient in multi-tier programming. Have ability to work independently with less guidance. Perform other duties as assigned. Preferred Experience: Hands on experience of 15+ years in Microsoft .Net technology experience including ASP.NET/VB, C#, MVC & Web Service experience is required. 10+ years experience working with Oracle (12c, 18c) & SQL Server. (Will develop tables, create packages, write triggers, etc.) Current experience working with Web Services. Experience with DevOps environment is a plus. Expert understanding of SDLC Excellent verbal and written communication skills. Ability to solve complex programming issues. Experience in Health Industry or government is a plus.
