They will work closely with Senior Technical Consultants on design and development, and may act in the role of senior technical developer. Duties / Responsibilities include but are not limited to: ? Leading design requirements development ? Code development ? Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions ? Functional design and life cycle management for the implementation of NC FAST ? Reporting statuses to the NC FAST Project Manager ? Adhering to DHHS policies and procedures. Areas of focus will include: ? Extension development ? Business and workflow process modeling ? Business re-engineering using C ?ram These activities will involve the use of: ? COTS C?ram Enterprise Framework Components ? C?ram Intelligent Evidence Gathering (IEG2) ? C?ram Express Rules for Triage (CERT) ? Oracle ? XML technology in C?ram ? C?ram Evidence Framework, Subversion, and WebSphere. Knowledge, Skills, and Abilities Requirements: Required: * Minimum 3 yrs of Java development experience * Experience in Java development using a SDLC and source control * Experience in problem identification and integration of technical skills to address and solve issues * Extensive technical knowledge in the following specialized areas of web application system analysis and programming: Java, J2SE, J2EE, Eclipse, HTML, Cascading Style Sheets, and Web Services standards (SOAP and WSDL) Preferred: * Senior Java Developer * Experience as a C?ram Developer with experience in the full life cycle of requirements through functional design and testing * Experience with C?ram public facing solutions for screening, reception management requirements, and intake requirements and mapping these areas to C?ram solution modules * Experience in development with both the C?ram Enterprise Framework and C?ram Solution Modules * C?ram Certified Developer in C?ram V5.2 * Experience with C?ram V6 * IBM Websphere * JavaScript * Database platforms and tools (XML, XSL and Oracle)   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
