Job Description: Acts as liaison between the team and stakeholder/partner groups by planning, conducting, and directing the analysis of highly complex challenges relating to software development tools, processes and change management to be solved through a strategic perspective that takes into account multiple viewpoints, including definition of a future state, people, process, technology, and organizational groups. The project manager will manage and implement the program vision and delivery across multiple Software Engineering and DevOps teams, ensuring the program plans are effective delivered into valuable solutions, measurable benefits, and clear communications content to all stakeholders. Define an execution plan for technology enablers that delivers on the defined future vision, group objectives, and scope of each defined technology initiative. Define and Document transformational plans and specialized content of strategic operating models (Organization, Roles & Responsibilities, Processes, and Tools) designed by SMEs and technology partners. - Design change management plans to drive process change communication and trainings to multiple roles and organizations who are moving to the future process in order to develop skills of the Software Engineering workforce. - Maintain relationships with ley IT stakeholders internally and with partners, including vendors.Manage and deliver program and/or project milestones; building plans, controlling risks and mitigating project issues, facilitating meeting and working sessions, and influencing outcomes to maximize the benefits and cost reduction focused on technology innovation and transformation. - Coach the Agile Transformation to guide executive leaders on enterprise strategy formulation and execution of the transformation processes from establishing intake processes to addressing broader areas of change management. Serve as a subject matter expert on scaling lean agile, agile management, process improvement, six sigma, and project management best practices. Experience/skills required: - Minimum 10 years of project/program management experience with focus on software development, IT practices and tools using both SDLC and Agile methodologies, process improvement focused on lean and six sigma methodologies - Minimum 3 years of Agile Management built across multiple methodologies such as Scrum, Kanban, SAFe and Extreme Programming. - Minimum of 3 years of Change Management based on industry-standard practices such as PROSCI - Knowledge of best practices and tools for supporting software engineering improvements and leveraging code quality such as TDD, BDD, static code analysis, build automation, Continuous Integration (CI), Continuous Deployment (CD) and Cloud migration. - Hands-on experience with various industry-leading project management and collaboration tools such as Git, Jira, and Confluence. - Willingness to do what it takes to get work done—creating documents, scheduling meetings, driving consensus, follow-through to close loops.
