Prepare size and scope analysis and timeline documentation. Analyze and document business requirements by participating in Joint Application Development (JAD) sessions with the client and Business Analysts. Develop prototypes based on the requirements, and prepare Internal and External Design specifications in accordance with HESCs System Development Life Cycle (SDLC) and ITS Secure SDLC. Using Analysis and Design documents, develop, document, and maintain programs, modules, classes, objects, Web pages, procedures, jobs, etc, as applicable. Environment consists of VB/C#.NET development using Microsofts Visual Studios with HTML and Cascading Style Sheets, with SQL Server database and reporting components. Develop SQL and DB2 programs for collecting data in IBMs relational and database management system on IBM z/OS. Mandatory Qualifications 60 - 84 Months: Experienced in Analysis, design, coding, component and assembly testing of all application code owned by the Application Team- Maintenance (including production support), enhancement and development work- Write application software, data analysis, data access, data structures, data manipulation, databases, design, programming, testing and implementation, technical and user documentation, software conversions; Candidate is able to work without assistance and can provide leadership for others; may have advanced education Minimum 72 Months of Experience in .Net Application Development Requested Qualifications: Minimum 72 Months sql server / sql programming experience Minimum 72 Months DB2 programming experience on IBM z/OS.
