Required Skills (rank in order of Importance): • Must possess extensive knowledge and expertise in the use of project management methodologies and tools, resource management practices and change management techniques. • 3 years experience as an IT Project Manager. • Experience in working with a defined Software Development Life Cycle (SDLC). • Ability to understand business processes and adapt their project management approach accordingly. • Ability to understand and clearly communicate complex projects. Preferred Skills (rank in order of Importance): • Experience as an IT Application project manager. • Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Project software. • Employee must develop and maintain knowledge of Agency mission, goals and objectives. Required Education/Certifications: A bachelors degree in the liberal arts, business management, public administration, information technology, or other related field of study.
