The successful candidate will work with richly diverse and geographically dispersed functional and technical teams to identify and document business and technical requirements needed to comply with Californias Consumer Privacy Law (CCPA). In support of this large project, the successful candidate will identify, map and document organizational data, participate in the design, successfully implement and test the technology and operational solutions. This is a high-visibility project and the successful candidate will play a critical role in ensuring that Zions Bancorporation fully complies with this new regulation. Responsibilities Define business and technical requirements in collaboration with business and technology SMEs. Create and maintain clear, detailed, and accurate metadata for each field as well as information about the grain and contents of each table. Test and validate data attributes based both on source data, business knowledge, and results to assure the data accurately reflects the source system and business needs Work with source system team members to understand system nuances and resolve issues Take ownership of the SDLC process success and manage work quality and quantity through frequent releases Document user stories, use cases, test cases and user acceptance criteria. Map operational as-is and to-be processes based on new discovery and design with technology, architecture and business owners. Document and secure approval for requirements by stakeholders. Create, update and maintain all project artifacts. Work with subject matter experts and technical leaders to identify and understand complex technical requirements and develop solutions. Other duties as assigned. Qualifications MBA preferred; Bachelors degree plus related experience may meet requirements Experience in various stages of the SDLC and 4+ years experience in data warehouse, business analysis, operations support, business intelligence, software development, project management, or other directly related experience Strong analytical, organizational and problem-solving skills as well as strong interpersonal skills with the ability to work with management, peers, and technical staff Working knowledge of information systems and data systems for supported business groups Intermediate SQL experience with the ability to analyze, test and map data Experience in process improvement and mapping tools such as Visio / Lucidcharts Demonstrated ability to estimate scope, schedule and meet deadlines; both waterfall and agile Demonstrated ability to work in, large, complex, fast paced and rapidly changing environment with ability to independently and collaboratively mitigate / remedy foreseen and unforeseen challenges Preferred Qualifications Worked on projects that specifically address regulations like GDPR, GBLA, HIPPA, etc. Experience within the financial industry with a strong understanding of regulatory data Experience working with Azure DevOps and Collibra.   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
