The core function of the Salesforce Technical Architect role is to take ownership of all technical aspects of a Force.comimplementation including custom code, systems integrations and 3rd party applications. Experience completing multiple salesforce.comimplementation projects requiring original code development Ability to quickly acquire new technical expertise both within the SFDC platform and in related technologies Strong understanding of relational databases structure and functionality 10plus years experience in developing technology solutions. 5plus years experience in managing external client projects in positions of increasing responsibility in the delivery of business consulting and systems development. Desired Skills: Experience with Sales & Service cloud. Experience with FSL & Omnichannel. Experience with NodeJS / ExpressJS or MV* javascript frameworks. Technical project management experience. Experience with RESTful / JSON webservices. Experience developing mobile, hybrid, and/or native iOS applications. Experience with scripted data loader, web services, cloud or on-premise middleware and other enterprise integration technologies. Professional experience owning the end-to-end Software/Systems Development Lifecycle (SDLC) including structured code management Telecommunications industry experience. Competency with postgreSQL database Experience with LiveEngage / LivePerson API.
