Job Responsibilities: Work incidents as assigned by team lead Assist with testing new Avaya patches and assist with deployment Provide real time support and troubleshooting on High priority incidents impacting the contact center Provide installation and support for projects impacting the contact center platform Follow company guidelines for changes on all systems.
