Support LifeSize, Cisco, Polycom and Cisco Jabber video infrastructure and endpoints. Proactive monitoring of systems and components using Cisco TMS. Providing support for Crestron integration and Crestron programming Installing/configuring video conference mobile carts, conference rooms, training rooms, and desktop video solutions. Implementation of designed Audio/Video solutions, ensuring operational requirements are met * Performing lifecycle management activities for the portfolio of products and systems * Installing major releases and patch updates on all supported platforms * Performing preventative maintenance * Resolving infrastructure and application incidents. Assist tier 1 support groups by scripting resolutions to repeat incidents * Participating in product evaluations, system testing and internal certification * Performing tuning and capacity planning for the video infrastructure * Developing and distributing communications regarding best practices, processes, policies and education. * Delivering training to end-users upon installation of new systems Required Skills: * Two year technical degree in networking or a related field of study and Two years related technical and business experience may be substituted for the Associates Degree. * 3 years hands-on work experience directly related to video and data communications network operations * Proven experience in designing, installing and maintaining video conferencing and video streaming hardware and software * Working knowledge of H.323 and SIP Video protocols * General understanding of networking concepts and technologies * Excellent communication skill required * Experience supporting Lifesize, Cisco or Polycom video conferencing systems preferred * Proven track record of troubleshooting complex issues with video conferencing technologies   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
