Work towards a reduction in bottom line warranty costs, a reduction of customer defects, and ultimately an improved customer & dealer experience. This is done by updating our solutions & services, communicating the change effectively, all while ensuring the improvements have the lowest possible cost & disruption to the customer and the enterprise Typical Day: Manage approximately 15 CPI projects across various stages of implementation, lead regular cross functional team meetings or workshops to define the problem, create a project plan, implement immediate customer containment actions, identify & investigate issue root causes, facilitate solution(s) creation, validation, and implementation. Work throughout the value streams to ensure solutions are implemented worldwide optimally, regularly creating/updating publications & systems for communication to worldwide dealers, regularly summarizing reporting to leaders/clients/dealers on project status and escalating appropriately when roadblocks are encountered. (Rough Split -> 50% technical leadership, 25% communication, 25% supply chain management) Education Requirements: 4 year degree in business, engineering, or industrial study. Minimum of 5 years of experience required. Technical Skills: Demonstrated knowledge of 6 Sigma and/or 8D quality tools (Ishikawa Root Cause, FMEA, Is/ Is Not, Weibull, and the standard Microsoft packages (PowerPoint, Excel, etc) Basic understanding of engineering drawings and supply chain principles. Preferred familiarity of Client systems - CLUES, HVC, REDI, EPIX, SIS, QRWB Soft Skills: Possess a high level of indirect leadership ability, be able to manage several projects simultaneously, high customer focus, possess high accountability and initiative to fill gaps as needed, be able to motivate others towards a common goal, drive teams to consensus, drive tradeoff discussions, communicate easily and concisely with all levels of an organization, customers, be able to work with worldwide teams via telecommuting, detail oriented yet can summarize big picture   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
