Worker will be responsible to develop in ServiceNow and coordinate ITSM data to be displayed in Tableau to include, but not limited to: Develop reports and dashboards in ServiceNow in accordance with technical, functional, style and content guidelines Provide a data dictionary, development design pack and documented testing for all development work to show requirements are met Work with TxDOT personnel to develop requirements and translate into technical specifications Configure Service Level Definitions in ServiceNow and associated reporting and dashboards Work with Tableau developers to port ServiceNow data and dashboards as needed Create SLA dashboards for Vendors SLAs and other SLAs as defined by TxDOT Create, configure and update forms and Service Catalog Provide training to TxDOT representatives on design, use, maintenance of all reports, configurations and customizations WORKER SKILLS AND QUALIFICATIONS (Required) Minimum (Required): insert specific minimum skills for this Contract Position) Development in ServiceNow including Service Catalog, SLAs, performance analytics, reporting and dashboard Strong written and verbal communication skills and ability to gather, understand, organize, and interpret relevant data and information Experience gathering requirements and designing to requirements Preferred (Optional): insert specific preferred skills for this Contract Position) Experience in statistics, applied math, and analytical work Experience providing technical training Development in Tableau   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
