Recommend best practice to be used to revise/renew ITS Templates (with Macros). Use newer format to revise/update or replace 30 – 56 existing Word templates with macro “fill-in” (or comparable). The goal would be for all templates to be in the same format and apply macros to anything that could make use of macros. Candidate will develop training material/criteria and schedule a web-conference meeting(s) to train 3-4 ITS staff members (proficient in Word but not Templates) be able to build, maintain, and change new templates. The expectation is there would be no more than 2 meetings required and last no more than an hour each or one meeting lasting no more than 2 hours. Candidate will work remotely using their own or company issued computer and software needed to complete this project – internet access would also be required. Will need to keep a log of time spent on the project. Expectation would be for candidate to determine best practice for revision or replacement, train staff on how to update or replace any documents that may be uncompleted after 40hrs – which could be applied over a period of 1-4weeks. Provide the minimum required skills and/or experience the contractor must possess to qualify for this position. These requirements will be transferred to the Score Sheet and candidates without these requirements reflected on their resume will NOT be presented to the manager for consideration. Must be SME in Word (7+ years experience) Must be an advanced user (5-7 years) regarding Word Macro-Enabled Templates Must have prior experience with training end-users (minimum 2 years) Preferred/Not Required Provide any skills/experience that would be helpful for the candidate to possess but not required.
