This integrated suite of individual technologies is a highly complex, highly visible, and major investment supporting marketing operations technologies. • Identify opportunities to build new and enhance existing enterprise marketing operational capabilities, which include cross-product platforms that can be common for some or all products or stakeholder groups. • Create strategy, vision, and prioritized roadmap for capability implementation with input from Marketing Leadership team • Secure and manage funding, scope, and budget • Drive capability discovery and fill roadmap pipeline • Obtain project sizing, secure resources, and release timing • Evaluate vendors and solutions in partnership with Technology • Act as the overall lead initiative manager, partnering with relevant marketing and business partners during project delivery phases; • Ensures review and retention of milestones and approvals from Legal, Compliance, OCG, IS, TPHS and business partners. • Assess project metrics post launch (e.g., customer feedback, satisfaction) vis-à-vis business case • Primary SME that represents toolset(s) as part of the overall marketing operations capability infrastructure for strategic planning, cross platform connectivity, and business process reengineering • Will embrace a newly adopted project governance framework to source and lead cross functional matrix teams to define requirements, select/design solutions, secure funding and partner resourcing, provide consistent and effective executive transparency of progress, and deliver timely, integrated results. • Proven track record of developing and delivering innovative and successful marketing process transformations and enhancements that have led to strong business results • Experience implementing large scale strategies across multiple lines of business • Demonstrated experience in working on multiple projects, adjusting priorities as needed and meeting deadlines • Knowledge of current and emerging marketing concepts and approaches including the use of technology (digital, social media, etc.) and their impact on the industry and marketing • Generates credibility, respect and consensus through strategic vision and outstanding verbal, written, and interpersonal communication skills. Has the ability to present and discuss information in a way that persuades, educates and enhances understanding at all levels • Strong analytical and critical thinking skills, combined with strategic business focus and vision • Demonstrated experience in using business measures and analysis to develop marketing strategies and results • A demonstrated track record of effectively and constructively leading change in large, complex, and global organization(s) • Knowledge of the financial services and other related industries (technology, manufacturing, packaged goods, etc.) and understanding of the emerging trends, compliance, regulatory, and economic environment • Understands multiple perspectives and aligns divergent positions, brings cohesion to diverse perspectives and achieves objectives that require a high level of collaboration • Strong collaboration & influence management skills • Experience working closely with Marketing and other senior leaders across the enterprise • Analytic Thinking - able to make sense of complex issues to enable eff   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
