Summary: The Jr. System Administrator will provide technical expertise to support IT system-level solutions/programs, including integrations between the Lawson ERP and other IT applications. He/She will act as a technical liaison with business stakeholders, application vendors and other technical/functional teams to understand and analyze business problems and provide cost effective and efficient solutions. Scope of Work: Includes: Participates in the development and execution of applications testing, including test script development, documentation of results, integration testing. Participates in long-term strategic applications planning. Serves as an internal business/technical Lawson (Infor) consultant to department management and staff for purposes of decision support, cross-training and problem resolution. Serves as Administrator and technical & functional SME for Infor CloudSuite/ Lawson ERP System while maintaining a working knowledge of all applications in the IT Business Applications portfolio. Acts as a Lawson system SME on ERP Operational activities and projects. Develops scripts, testing guidelines and assists with testing. Develops and disseminates Lawson System Administrator operational status reports. Assists with development and revisions to end user system administration, training and process documentation. Assists with system upgrades and modifications, which includes testing, documentation, and communication. Maintains system set-up in the Test & Production environment. Serves in a Lawson & GHR Systems Advisory role to multiple departments on new department project implementations/changes to ensure processes support data collection and retrieval activities for data analysis comparisons. First line technical system admin support for end users Lawson and GHR applications. Contract Duration: 12 Months Option to extend - based on performance, budget and need. Skills and Qualifications: 2+ years work experience managing systems (At least 1 of those years must be Lawson experience) leading programs. Process-focused experience.
