Job Description : Successfactors Analyst who can augment the current team to: Drive project implementation efforts Work with the business SMEs / People Technology Team / 3rd Party Partners to Define, clarify and document requirements Manage implementation tasks Define high-level timelines / milestones / status updates Learn basic configuration for new tools where necessary, to support SWI related configuration responsibilities Provide input on testing scenarios/scripts Functional Testing Some projects might be (not all, as I said above – wed need to pick based on the skills of the resource) Implement the Background Check process (using integration between iCIMS and Accurate Background) The process has already been defined, we just need to execute against it This would be co-lead with a SolarWinds resource Augment Onboarding Phase II Our 3rd Party Vendor should be providing the heavy lifting with regards to Project Management, but I will not be able to be as involved in this project as I was as I have new project responsibilities The Lead for this project is capable, but new to this type of work and although she has experience from Phase I, this is her FIRST Project Management role, and this is a challenging and detailed project, with lots of moving parts Id like someone to be able to work with her to make sure that nothing slips through the cracks Company Separation Integrations We are planning to duplicate the integrations for new company starting as early as next month, so someone with solid integration experience would be helpful here We are also developing an integration between iCIMS and Onboarding, which we are handling internally, but Im concerned about my resources bandwidth once these separation integrations begin Represent the People Technology Team on the Systems Separation Project Im getting spread pretty thing, and this was just added so, provided the right resource, I might be able to hand this off since its just starting Veritas Prime Support Contract 3rd Party Partner, providing Just in Time support This will really depend on the skill set of the consultant, and we are not sure wed be able to hand this off In addition to Project Work, theres always “just in time” work that needs to be done either associated with the on-going projects or with the current modules implemented, so theres likely to be some of this type of work also   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
