SMEs AgileScrum Environment COTS Oral And Written Communication Excellent Presentat   Requirement id 98365 Job title Analyst Job location in Washington, DC Skills required SMEs, FINANCIAL APPLICATION, Core Banking Experience, AgileScrum Environment COTS Oral And Wri Open Date 27-Sep-2019 Close Date Job type Contract Duration 6 Months Compensation DOE Status requirement --- Job interview type ---    Email Recruiter: coolsoft Job Description Analyst: SMEs, FINANCIAL APPLICATION, Core Banking Experience, AgileScrum Environment COTS Oral And Wri Description: RESPONSIBILITIES (INCLUDE BUT NOT LIMITED TO): Develop strong understanding of the IMFs financial lending operations, and the enabling systems Elicit business and functional requirements Develop and manage the business requirements document (BRD) for the project Working with SMEs, document business rules that future system needs to address Prepare process flow diagrams and use-cases for the critical business processes Collaborate with the solution vendors BA to develop the detailed solution requirements (functional and non-functional) Coordinate the review of solution requirements with relevant stakeholders and subject matter experts Participate in the review of design artifacts to ensure alignment with the business and solution requirements Collaborate with subject matter experts (SMEs) to prepare test cases Work with business SMEs to validate/update test cases Maintain traceability between various business processes and test cases Work with other vendors to have test cases updated in quality assurance tool Perform preliminary quality check on test cases executed by the QA team or vendor technical team Review work done by QA team (or third-party vendor) for completeness and quality Provide periodic status update to the project team Participate in the solution design discussion to assess any impact to test cases and requirements Perform functional testing Contribute to coordinate user acceptance testing (UAT) for the end users Contribute to build/update project plan and project status update EXPERIENCE: Experience leading complex projects as the Senior Business Analyst Strong experience in financial operations (bank lending) domain is preferred Previous experience managing requirements for a core banking system is a big plus Experience with both Waterfall and Agile/Scrum environments is expected Experience working on requirements with COTS (commercial off the shelf) system Experience supporting facilitating joint application development sessions (JADS) is also desired QUALIFICATIONS: Fast learner in the environment of complex business processes and complex interdependent systems Strong oral and written communication skills Excellent presentation skills Must be comfortable working under pressure, prioritizing and balancing competing tasks Competence with the project management discipline is desired Ability to do wire frames and storyboards using industry standard tools Strong understanding of system development life cycle A Bachelors degree in Computer Science or Information Systems or a related field At least 7 years of experience as a Business Analyst with the last three years as a Lead/Senior Business Analyst Any industry-relevant certification is desired   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
