Lead team of BAs in As-Is business process and legacy system rules extraction identification, analysis, documentation and validation. Schedule and facilitate meetings and working sessions. Work directly with Subject Matter Experts to lead and conduct requirements gathering, Assist system integrators in To-Be requirements analysis, design and implementation tasks. Produce work products that reflect and ensure system planning, design, and delivery are in line with business needs. Conduct work product peer reviews and assist in internal review process. Understand and adhere to project timelines and priorities. The consultant is expected to travel during this engagement. Travel may range from 10-25% of the consultants time depending on the consultants work assignments. Travel will occur throughout New York State and may involve several overnight stays depending on the location and the work required; length and mode of travel will vary depending on the work assignment. Mandatory Qualifications: Level III- More than seven (7) years of experience working on complex projects with 2 or more years in a leadership role as a Business Analyst. More than seven (7) years of experience managing a team of BAs and their assignments executing in an iterative/agile methodology. More than (7) years of experience working on enterprise level software development projects, actively working with internal and external stakeholders (i.e. SMEs, vendors, users, PMs, technicians, quality analysts, organizational change management and training teams) across multiple organizations. Preferred Qualifications: More than seven (7) years of fair hearings domain experience. More than seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting, and validating system requirements on a modernization project. More than seven (7) years of experience identifying, documenting, and validating As-Is and To-Be business process, requirements, and business rules. Experience curating and disposing of As-Is system business rules for To-Be system consideration. Experience working in a requirements management tool, like Blueprint.
