Candidate must prove successful in providing these types of services in a similar sized eligibility system replacement DDI project with similar complexities, interdependencies and coordination requirements. IV&V Program/Engagement Manager 2 will have a thorough understanding of IVV processes, Eligibility System implementations, Medicaid, the Supplemental Nutrition Assistance Program (SNAP), Temporary Assistance for Needy Families (TANF), Health Care Reform and additional Health and Human Services Programs, with Project and Program Management skills that utilize technical, functional and program expertise to complete the required IVV assessments, attestations, and reporting assignments for MEELC in accordance with guidance found in the Medicaid Eligibility and Enrollment Toolkit. Candidate will have significant federal Affordable Care Act (ACA) IT planning and State Medicaid Health Plan (SMHP) experience. Also, experience in all phases of Agile project development life cycle, and extensive experience in leading efforts, writing documentation, developing, implementing, analyzing and validating architecture and design documents and models along with system security and privacy policies. Candidate will utilize industry standards and best practices in performing ITS tasks,Leveraging IEEE standards for systems engineering and application development, Project Management Book of Knowledge (PMBOK) for project management practices.
