Current and progressive work experience in the following is required: • Coordination of UAT test execution, testing resources, and test case/defect management processes • User Interface and User Experience The following skills sets are required: • Primary skillsets and experience include: o Requires a minimum of 8+ years of experience working on large scale, complex projects. o 5+ years of SNAP, TANF, or other economic assistance program expertise. o 5+ years of experience in leading User Acceptance Testing engagements, coordinating UAT test execution, oversight of testing resources o Current experience in testing business requirements related to Human Services public sector service delivery for single or multiple related entities. o Coordinate a segment of UAT test execution utilizing testers distributed across multiple locations. o Plan and manage communication utilizing open channels. Meet regularly with testing staff to gather and distribute information and to facilitate sharing of information across the team. o Provide training and mentoring to the test team o Oversee the test case management and defect management processes, ensuring functioning correctly and enact changed for continual process improvement. o Manage defects utilizing a defect management process and defect tracking tool. o Manage test cases utilizing a test case management process and test case tracking tool. o Represent test team in various meetings (project, sponsor, advisory, status) and facilitate daily test case execution and defection resolution meetings. o Work with Project Manager to provide input on UAT status, change control, issue, and risk management o Proven ability to build solid working relationships with all stakeholders essential for project success. o Strong communication skills with written and verbal English language proficiency. o Good time management and organization skills o Ability to work independently with minimal supervision o Ability to coordinate closely with IT management, team members and Agency personnel • Primary technical skill sets and experience include: o Experience in leading a distributed test team in the preparation and execution of UAT on a large-scale system with a test team size over 30 individuals. o Superior group facilitation and relationship management skills. o High-level of technical experience, data transfer, data integration and data integrity. • Toolsets include: o Excel o Word o Visio o Jira o SharePoint • Bonus: o Bachelors Degree or Masters Degree   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
