Job Description : Job Title: Business Analyst Job Summary and Mission: This role contributes to Starbucks success by supporting two specific areas, requirements gathering & refinement and administration and improvement of inventory management in ServiceNow, for the Retail Equipment Installation team. This role will require the candidate to split time and flex between these separate workstreams. Summary of Key Responsibilities Responsibilities and essential job functions include but are not limited to the following: - Assists the Starbucks Partner currently working SNow engineering tasks to break down development requests, assign story points, plan work with larger development team and track deliverables. - Develops the roadmap for engineering efforts and interfaces with end-user/requestor on efficacy of deliverables based on defined acceptance criteria. - Evaluates new requests or business opportunities and identifies business issues, risks and profitability opportunities. - Inventory analysis and follow-up with suppliers to support planning and coordination with REI team - Strong working knowledge of Excel, PowerBI, Python and/or other analytical tools to create variance reports. - SNow Administration: Strong familiarity with CIs - Proven ability to administer changes with CIs and their attributes as they relate to catalogs and reporting. Demonstrated capabilities in creating reports and impactful dashboards within SNOW - Participates on cross-functional teams, and ensures effective integration through development and distribution of appropriate content reports. - Works directly with manager to develop process definition and improvement for the assigned business areas. Evaluates the effectiveness of new programs by comparing results with original proposals.
