Currently TA tasks are being completed by developers. TA should have the ability to take the initiative to learn their domain, create documentation, and become a subject matter expert for their domain given limited documentation is available TA will receive on boarding training to include receiving their PC, obtaining access to various tools, training in basic tools, but the TA must use their existing skills to learn their new domain Technical Background: Understanding of middleware or SOA web services Background in analysis and technical design – not high level BRDs/FSDs but design at a more detailed technical level Experience with Visio – Heavily used to create technical specifications/flow diagrams Ability to write technical specifications for the development team Communication Skills: Ability to participate in meetings with business team, project leader, business analysts and represent domain from a technical perspective/identify technical solutions Ability to obtain an understanding of business requirements and transform these into technical documentation (e.g. specifications for developers) Excellent writing skills required: technical documentation, professional emails, etc. TA Role: Attendance in many project meetings as a TA representing their domain Ability to perform technical analysis and design Ability to create documentation (TSDs, etc.) from the technical design Production Support Working independently with limited guidance   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
