The goal of this project is to Migrate from the current Siebel CRM environment to the Microsoft Dynamics 365 Customer Engagement (CE) solution. The State of Michigan project team is currently in the process of collecting ORS business requirements for the new CRM Replacement Project and needs business analysts with expertise in building an effective RFS for submission to State of Michigan procurement. These Business Analysts will support the current CRM project manager throughout the remainder of the business requirements and RFS writing process by: ? Attend business requirements meetings for the purpose of requirements analysis ? Work with SOM project staff to clarify CRM Replacement requirements ? Requirements analysis and the ability to decipher what is said to what is really wanted or needed. ? Communication and translating requirements between the business and technical teams. ? Produce understandable yet highly detailed requirements, process flows for the business and technical teams. ?
