Job Description : Job Description: The AIM (Access and Identity Management) Engineer will be responsible for the implementation and maintenance of enterprise-wide Identity and Access Management (IAM) technologies and workflows. The person will interface with lines of business, BATS development and support teams. This position will assist in developing IAM roadmaps and work closely with application owners to ensure IAM workflows are deployed into vendor-owned technology solutions. This person will be upgrading the IAM component for CNO.COM (City National Online). They will deal with user authentication when signing on and managing user profiles. They are upgrading the platform from ISAM7 to ISAM 9, and this will be the bulk of their day to day. They need to have experience with IBM v9. As CNB adds additional sites to their main City National Online page, IAM Engineers are needed to then secure single sign on for the multiple access portals on CNO, meaning users will have one universal log on set of credentials. Day to Day: This person will be able to troubleshoot the entire system, maintain the system, and identify potential issues before they arise. Project: They will be upgrading the entire system from ISAM v7 to ISAM v9. They need to hands on troubleshoot the ISAM system itself. Basic Qualifications: *Associate degree required *Minimum 8 years in application support, information security, or business analysis role *Minimum 4 years IT experience within the financial industry or other highly regulated entity *Minimum 4 years directly related experience in IAM Skills and Knowledge: Experience designing, implementing, and maintaining IAM processes, functions Experience creating, provisioning, and access workflow process based on business requirements Experience translating business requirements into processes and into technical solutions Ability to collaborate with business stakeholders to include requirements into technical solutions and processes Experience overseeing vendors, working with vendors to implement processes, and monitoring vendor processes Experience in Role-Based Access Controls (RBAC) controls and role engineering Experience creating policies, standard, and SOPs, and developing reports for IAM processes Thorough attention to detail, excellent organizational, time management, project management and multi-tasking skills.
