Job Description : The Salesforce Administrator is a member of the Operations Platform Team and is responsible for the day to day tasks required which keep our Salesforce ecosystem running in a stable and reliable fashion. The role includes executing on the day-to-day configuration, support, maintenance and improvement of our CRM platform. Tasks ranging from helping users develop reports to resetting passwords to maintaining data quality, to adding fields, to running/reviewing backups. The role includes assisting users in our stores, CECs (Call Centers), and members of our Product Teams maintaining existing and developing new features. This role requires strong verbal and written communication skills, and requires a creative, analytical thinker with strong problem-solving skills. Responsibilities Serve as a system administrator for a Salesforce environment with 8K+ users Handle all basic administrative functions including user account maintenance, reports and dashboards, workflows and other routine tasks Monitoring system health and troubleshooting Operational Support Complete regular internal system audits for review Prepare and participate in Salesforce Releases & AppExchange Upgrades Monitor and manage Salesforce.com data feeds and other integrations Manage Sandboxes, QA test environments, and data seeding Permission Set Maintenance and Metadata updates fields, workflows, custom views, and other content of intermediate complexity Manage Salesforce security including roles, profiles, sharing rules, workflows and groups Maintain and customize Sales Cloud and Service Cloud applications Strong understanding of the platform, with the ability to build custom apps and objects, formula Strong understanding of Salesforce best practices and functionality Strong data management abilities Demonstrated ability to understand and articulate complex requirements Verify and execute SOQL & SOSL Apex Triggers, Apex Classes & Controllers Knowledgeable in LWC, Aura Components, VisualForce Pages & Components Good understanding of Governor Limits and debug deployment failures Apex Web Services Workflow & Approvals Dashboards Custom Objects, CRM, CLI, Apex Data Loader Field Service Lightning Marketing Cloud Extended Responsibilities Build and Release Management Strong DevOps Knowledge – automating and optimizing the delivery pipeline DX Tools: Github Gearset CLI VS Code Selenium Orgtools OwnBackup TeamCity Preferred Certifications: Salesforce Administrator Salesforce Developer   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
