The selected vendor must have extensive knowledge with the MicroPact Versa database and workings of their Online and Regulation software. Travel costs to provide this training will not be included. Project Management: a. Provide a Weekly Status Report: The Contractor shall prepare and distribute to designated stakeholders a report to include at minimum: • Synopsis of the status for current activities • Outstanding issues and expected resolution dates • Key risks/issues • Schedule and tasks for resources for the coming week • Report any changes to the schedule • Assessment of progress against plan and any slipped or slipping tasks • Planned tasks not worked or completed during the report period Training Delivery: The selected vendor shall provide two weeks training to the STS Staff supporting TDCI and TDH and be well versed in the Versa Database. The training will be conducted for Versa:Online (VO) and Versa:Regulation (VR) in the following categories: 1. VO Training • VO Admin Training (User Registration, License Types, Search Configuration, Translations, Address Types + Overrides, Transaction - Template, Components + RSDs, Client Text, Complaints + RSDs, Screen Translations, Security Functions, etc.) • VO Staff Training (Managing Staff in VO and their functionality) • VO User Side Training (Register Account, Public License Search, Payment - Application/Miscellaneous Sales, Onboarding, etc.) 2.
