Job Description Administrator: SharePoint 2010, SQL Server, .NET FRAMEWORK, IT Project Management

Project Scope of Work:

Develop language translation and county branding infrastructure for long-term scalability Migrate Candidate Filing, My Vote, My Ballot, Voters Guide and other services that required programming out of SharePoint and refactor to get a more unified and streamlined application platform that is fully decoupled from SharePoint

Remedy a number of system issues identified as critical to the 2012 General Election Establish maturity in software development lifecycle Create inline XML documentation for display in Windows Help 2 for all code Implement simplified, centralized error logging Migrate county election websites and the Secretary of States SharePoint Elections website from SharePoint 2007 to SharePoint 2010

Mandatory Experience and Qualifications:

The successful responder will provide documentation, including project resource resumes, that demonstrate Senior to Expert experience in the following areas:
1. Voter registration/election management systems
2. Complex transactional (Electoral) database design in SQL Server
3. All aspects of SQL Server
4. A full understanding of MOSS 2007 and migration to SharePoint 2010
5. Object Oriented Programming with a documented approach to application design
6. Microsoft development products with a focus on the .Net Framework
7. An industry-standard approach to systems documentation and knowledge transfer
8. IT project management.

Highly Desired Experience and Qualifications: Experience with system architecture similar to the Washingtons Election Information system.
