A successful candidate will bring strong experience in business process analysis, requirements gathering, data analysis, presentation creation, data research, while continuing to expand their passion for analytics and entrepreneurial thinking. You must be enthusiastically collaborative, value seeking, open to challenge and be challenged with new ideas and established approaches with an appetite for learning and innovation. Serve as a part of the consulting team on all phases of the data/analytic project from business case development, prioritization, experimentation and deployment Participate in cross functional teams with internal customers to gather requirements for data/reporting/ BI/ Analytics projects Perform hands-on exploratory analysis on large volumes of data to identify trends Data consolidation and modeling in Power BI and/or Tableau Data model analysis using AWS services, SQL Server, Alteryx, and other relevant systems Create compelling PowerPoint presentations that tell a concise story using data, analytics and actionable insights with recommendations Provide updates on project status through status reports, status meetings and daily agile scrum meetings As an agile scrum product owner, use collaborative tools to manage user stories and activities with other developers Manage and organize the teams knowledge repository Experience working with and analyzing large sets of data (SQL, Alteryx, Data Robot, DataBricks) Experience developing within SQL Server environment 3+ years of experience with business analysis, business process analysis, systems analysis, requirements gathering, requirements change management, requirements prioritization. Experience working on production environment BI/Reporting and analytics projects (Tableau/Power BI) One or more of: supply-chain, procurement, operations and economics domain experience Experience creating executive level presentations and interacting with customers Bachelors Degree in Business, IT, Engineering, Mathematics/ Analytics Education Preferred: Bachelors in Business, Engineering, Mathematics Education Required: MBA, Masters in Engineering, Business, Data Science Preferred Skills (not required): Experience working with remote teams spread across the globe Experience working in an analytics COE; Or in an analytics consulting company Prior consulting experience preferred Knowledge or experience with Data lakes, External data sources, Modeling in Python, AWS Certifications:   Call 502-379-4456 Ext 100 for more details.
