Currently there are 1200 sandboxes across the organization within 5 software sets: Oracle, SAS, Teradata, SQL Server, and other big data flavors. The biggest focus right now are the sandboxes found in Teradata, SAS and SQL Server. Manager is tasked with identifying each sandbox and evaluate the risk rate (high, medium, low). They need to have a SAS EG process that gets data from the major platforms to identify the sandboxes, owners, etc. Has end of June and September deadlines to hit. Analytic Consultant- SAS EG Will be responsible for co-managing the process and redesign of what was built to avoid being in a “Single Point of Failure” (SPOF) again. Will stand up registry about sandbox owners, information associated with it, risk level and theyll need process in place to make sure the sandbox information is reported to the relationship managers to deal with those remediation activities Example: Sandbox on Teradata platform is owned by John Doe Has 10 tables of data in there that havent been touched in years. Data is confidential and poses a huge risk WF. Need to report on those elements Process built in SAS EG--- identifies sandboxes Reporting mechanism is in Tableau--- this shows information Requirements: 6-7 years of SAS EG Tableau- must be comfortable with reporting functionality.
